Tammy Shaw

Tammy joined Oswald in July 2002. She not only brought knowledge, determination, and business expertise but a positive charm that reflects the company’s outlook today. Now as the President and Principle of Oswald, Tammy’s vast knowledge of marketing and advertising has been invaluable for all our clients in their pursuit of expansion.
At her previous position with Nextel Partners, she launched several markets throughout Indiana and was instrumental in name-change and branding campaigns for Contel Cellular, GTE, and Verizon Wireless. Tammy freely admits she “loves her job, her staff and her clients” and looks forward to helping her clients grow, meet, and maintain their goals.

Fred McCool

Fred has been in the marketing and advertising world for ‘a couple decades’ and plays an integral role in the development of strategic and creative campaigns for our clients. As a writer, producer, and director, his portfolio includes commercials for national clients such as 1-800PetMeds, regional commercials for Eye-Mart, Tropicana, and UE, as well as internal videos for numerous corporations. His positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and knowledge of all facets of marketing and advertising is of great benefit to us, and most importantly, to our clients.

Lisa Schaffer

After being with Oswald for 20 years, Lisa recently became a Partner. She started out as our Promotions Manager and has worked hard to develop strategies to continue taking her team to the next level. She has worked in about every facet of marketing from being an Art Director to a Sales Manager so experience and problem solving are just some of her strengths, but building customer relationships is her passion. Lisa has partnered with many companies and organizations over the years to provide them with the best branding solutions. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Lisa played volleyball on a full athletic scholarship. Today she loves to ride bikes and spend time with family and friends.

Digital Marketing Director

Joel Benson

Joel joined the Oswald team in early 2019. A Purdue University alumnus, Joel has a passion for storytelling and a resume stretching from fledgling startups to Fortune 500s. His experience in both macro- and micro-scale digital placement and strategy, copywriting, graphic design, and photography make him a valuable member of the Oswald family and an exceptional resource for your next project.

Outside of work, Joel is a devoted father and husband. He and his wife enjoy playing with their son, vacationing in Mexico, working on home improvements, and good TV and movies as their professional and parenting schedules allow.

Assistant Creative Director

Maggie Miller

Maggie joined the Oswald family in 2020. She is a proud alumnus of Western Kentucky University where she obtained a BA in Communication and Creative Writing. Previous to working at Oswald, Maggie worked as a copy editor and teacher in Seoul, South Korea as well as in higher education marketing at Kentucky Wesleyan College. As Assistant Creative Director, Maggie oversees graphic design, social media, script writing, and casting, and also works alongside the Production team to create beautiful and visually stunning campaigns for our clients.

Outside of Oswald, Maggie is a freelance writer for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. She is also actively involved with Downtown Evansville and her passion project, @TheEvansView. She loves fashion, pop culture, and hanging out with her husband Sterling and three cats, Kimchi, Luca, and Box-Box.

Digital Marketing Analyst

Simeon Pogue

Simeon joined the Oswald team in January 2022. He is a proud alum of Kentucky Wesleyan College where he obtained a BS in Communications with a minor in Business Administration. Before starting at Oswald, Simeon worked in analytic IT positions in higher education and healthcare, as well as coordinated social media campaigns for a couple local nonprofits and a family owned business. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, Simeon works with the Digital Marketing Director, Media Coordinator, and Director of Client Happiness to produce, analyze, and deliver promotional campaign results.

While not in the office, Simeon enjoys traveling (domestically and abroad), reading, and practicing calligraphy. Simeon loves hanging out with his friends, family, and his cat, Tim Gunn. When asked about how she felt about moving to Evansville, Tim Gunn had this to say about our wonderful city, “Meow meow meow, meow meow meow meow meow.”

Steph Matthews

When working with Steph, our clients truly receive the Full Circle Approach. Steph has over 8 years of experience in the marketing field, including social media, photography, and influencing! As the Client Relations and Business Development Representative, Steph’s goal is to make sure all of Oswald’s clients’ needs are being handled from prospecting to campaign launch.

When not at the office, find Steph with her soon-to-be husband and 3 kiddos. She loves travel, good food, Diet Coke, and New Girl!

Media Coordinator

Randy Capehart

Randy Capehart is no stranger to digital marketing and media. With over 20 years of experience as a TV news photographer, assignment editor, PR and social media manager, digital marketing specialist, and reporting wiz, Randy brings a host of experience to bear from industries spanning the gamut from event production to screen printing. He enjoys living in downtown Evansville with his wife and their Westie dog, Desi, as well as riding his bike all over the Greenway and connected trails.

Chelsea Means

After graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a BA in Advertising and Marketing, Chelsea found a home here at Oswald Marketing where she has proudly worked for the last 10 years!

As Senior Executive Sales Associate, Chelsea is able to lean into what she does best, creating lasting relationships with her clients. Her major strengths are building bonds with her customers and also her devotion to each project no matter the size, big or small. She is the constant “go-to” person because of her vast experience and knowledge of the Promotions industry.

Most days you will find Chelsea listening to country music and hanging out with her beautiful family.

Senior Project Coordinator

Penny Buchanan

Penny has been at Oswald Marketing for over a decade, with the majority of experience in the Embroidery Shop. Currently, she works in the accounting department while also sharing her skills with digitizing in the embroidery shop. She also manages our clients’ company stores and assists with order entry.
Penny is also an avid UK Wildcats fan — “We must defend our team from those Indiana fans!” When not enjoying the games, she has three children and two grandchildren to keep her life entertaining. With over 18 years of advertising experience under her belt, Penny is a valuable asset to the Oswald Team.

As manager of Oswald’s in-house embroidery shop, Angie takes great pride in providing the highest quality embroidery around. From digitizing logos and sewing, to quality control and ensuring each product meets our clients’ exacting specifications, Angie makes sure our client’s happiness comes first.

Stormy Elkins

Stormy has been with Oswald since 2018. She is the glue that holds the Promotions Team together, and to say she wears “many hats” is quite an understatement. Her daily duties involve monitoring the status and progress of orders, providing fulfillment & shipping, updating online stores and tracking their inventory, and assisting in the embroidery shop when needed. Stormy is an important part of the Promotions Team’s ongoing success.

When it’s time for unique promotional items for your next event, talk to Daltyn Schapker. As Promotions Sales Executive, Daltyn puts clients first in every project he tackles as a member of the Promotions team.

Daltyn graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS in Marketing. He is excited to work with the Oswald team to continue to offer the best customer service around for anyone who walks through our doors.

Outside of Oswald, Daltyn is a huge sports fan, especially Notre Dame, St. Louis Cardinals, and Miami Dolphins. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Project Coordinator

Destiny Williams

Destiny is not only one of the brightest new employees at Oswald Marketing, she’s one of the youngest! Destiny is currently a junior at the University of Southern Indiana where she is studying Advertising, Public Relations, and Social Media. As Project Coordinator, Destiny will work alongside the Promotions team to assist in client satisfaction, product research, inventory, preparation of orders, and more.

When not at Oswald, find Destiny perfecting her latte art as a barista at a local coffee shop or in the yoga studio! She loves pop culture and fashion, mastering the latest social media trends, and her three golden doodles, Ruby, Ted, and Bodhi.

Micah Braden

With over 20 years of experience in video production, creative concepting, and problem solving, Micah is an exceptional part of the Oswald team. Highly motivated and driven to create lasting, impactful experiences through unique concepts and visual storytelling, his wide range of experience has sharpened his skills and ability to excel in all areas of digital content production.

Mike Gray

Mike is a man of many talents, working with editing equipment most of us wouldn’t dare to touch. He manages the Video Production department as well as editing, creating motion graphics, shooting video, taking pictures, and making really good coffee. As the tip-of-the-spear in Oswald’s video efforts, Mike is a pinnacle member of our team.

Viktoriia Mayatska

As Oswald’s Graphic Designer, Viktoriia brings her unique worldview to all of her projects. Originally from Ukraine, Viktoriia immigrated with her family in 2016 and is now a senior at the University of Southern Indiana, majoring in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and Interactive Media Design. She also speaks four languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English, and Japanese. She is supremely talented in all things creative, including drawing and painting, and puts her heart into every assignment.

Outside of design, Viktoriia enjoys mission work and recently returned from a trip to Poland to work with Ukrainian refugees. When it’s finally time for her to relax, find Viktoriia at home with her hamster Joy.

A graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelors in Business Management, Elysia is a huge asset to the Oswald team. With her forward thinking and positive attitude, she has completely revamped the billing department and put us in position for continued growth. Outside of Oswald, Elysia loves being a mom to her son Max, as well as instructing swimming, life guarding, and CPR classes.
