What this Campaign Included


To maximize the VPD's recruitment budget, we utilized digital advertising and created a quick website for applicants to learn more about the department.


We used an interview based video to help tell why a potential recruit would want to come work for the Vincennes Police Department


The first platform that the video was uploaded included Facebook. This allowed for the Vincenne's community to engage and share the video.


The Vincennes Police Department takes pride in protecting their local community.  They were looking for a recruitment campaign that would show the positive impact the department has on their community.

Maximizing Deputy Recruitment


The Vincennes Police Department learned that they were three police officers short.  They needed to fill the spots quickly and wanted to make sure they had at least 30 qualified applicants.  


We decided to put together a recruitment campaign on a budget.  We focused our efforts on creating a sincere recruitment video along with a website dedicated to the benefits of being a Vincennes Police Officer.  I directed, shot, and edited the recruitment videos as well as designed and developed their website at

The video gained 12,000 organic views in the first 3 days of posting online.   Within 2 weeks, the Chief told us that they had already received over 50 qualified applicants.  The video continues to get organic views on Facebook while also doubling as a PR piece for the department.
