Quality Promotional Products in a Timely Manner

The Problem:

Jason, the Production Supervisor at Big Rivers and the head of the Big Rivers annual picnic committee, came to Oswald for help after experiencing difficulties sourcing quality promotional products in a timely manner with another company for their 2018 picnic season. The first time we met with Jason, we were blown away by how much thought and detail was put into this event, and we could hardly wait to be a part of their team.

The Solution:

We assured Jason that the difficulties he had faced in the past with other suppliers wouldn’t happen when working with Oswald. We jumped right into planning their promotional items and apparel for the 2019 picnic in December of 2018. Throughout several months of planning, we constantly provided suggestions on new & trendy promotional products, ordered tons of samples, created logo concepts, drew up a handful of quotes, and worked alongside Jason and his team until we settled on the perfect items for their 2019 picnic. With Oswald, Jason found an agency partner who was attentive to Big Rivers’ needs and ready to execute their vision professionally and in a timely manner.

Since the winter of 2018, Jason and Oswald have cultivated a great business relationship. He’s introduced us to several other departments within Big Rivers where we have been lucky enough to deepen our business relationships as well. We are thankful to have completed many projects with their Corporate Safety Manager, Human Resources Department, and to continue as part of their picnic committee for multiple years.
