“From radio to live TV to events in different countries, I’m lucky to have had a broad experience. I’m passionate about the art of creating media and get to share my knowledge as an adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech.  I love sports, photography, and technology in general.  I thrive on learning new things. On a side note, I learn new things everyday as a proud father of 2; a 6 year old and 4 year old (in May 2016).”

Fred McCool Creative Director

Fred has been in the marketing and advertising world for ‘a few decades’ and plays an integral role in the development of client strategic and creative campaigns for Oswald.  He truly is one of those guys that loves to roll up his sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the creative process; including writing, producing, directing and occasionally picking up the camera.  He develops commercials for national clients such as 1-800PetMeds, regional commercials for Eye Mart, Tropicana and UE, as well as works with numerous corporations to help develop their internal communications.  His positive ‘can-do’ attitude and knowledge of all facets of marketing and advertising is of great benefit to us but more important, to our clients.

“Short of the incomparable experience of being married to my high school sweetheart and raising two wonderful daughters, few things excite me like developing and executing a creative plan that works(maybe my first hole-in-one).  I truly am blessed to have the opportunity to work with great people and to be a part of some pretty cool projects, as well as share in the successes of our clients.”

Chelsea Ivy Promotional Branding Specialist

After graduating in 2012 from the University Of Southern Indiana with a BA in Advertising and Marketing, Chelsea found a home here at Oswald Marketing.  She helps companies with their logo wear and promotional items for upcoming promotions or initiatives. One of her favorite parts of her job is putting together effective ideas for my clients.

“I have always been one who loves keeping up with the latest styles and shopping for bargains. This job allows me to do this every day for my clients. It’s a dream job.  When I am not working I am typically riding my bike out in the country or spoiling my two loving dogs Izzi and Kobe.  I am blessed to have a fantastic family and boyfriend who support and encourage me every day.”

She is often required to shift gears at a moment’s notice, always managing to get everything done and stay organized and focused while she’s doing it.

“My years of experience in retail management provided a great training ground for my position here at Oswald. I thrive on the fast pace and variety of tasks that fill my days. In my spare time I love getting together with family and friends.  I also look forward to going to my grandchildren’s ball games and spending time with my Northern Indiana grandson when he visits in the summertime. I’m also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.”
